What does the session include? The tapping session includes one personalized video (typically under 10 minutes) along with a script of the guided tapping session.
How long does it take to receive my video? You will receive the link to your private guided tapping video within 3 business days from ordering. If I have any additional questions regarding your questionnaire or situation, I will email you to clarify and you should expect to receive your video within 3 business days of your response.
What are the emergency LIVE Chat One-on-One Sessions?This is a live, one-on-one 45-minute video chat session via Skype.
How long does it take to schedule a Live chat session?Currently, 3-5 business days from ordering (or the soonest available time to coordinate).

This free introductory video is a 20-minute breakdown and explanation of EFT; including an example of guided tapping to help alleviate general stress.
This is for one (1) pre-recorded, guided EFT Coaching session.
